Sherry is the founder and CEO of Healthy Minds, Healthy Hearts. She has previously worked in residential therapy, school-based, home-based and private practice for 11 years before starting this community-based group practice. Sherry is a woman of wisdom, a licensed counselor and a passionate visionary. She has earned four degrees and plans to continue her completion of a Ph.D in Counseling Education.

Sherry is also a Christian pastor in metro-Detroit, providing spiritual services and counseling to individuals, couples and families. 

Jeffrey Allison received a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Fort Valley State University, a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Georgia, and a Master’s of Arts and Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. Jeff has worked as an outpatient and school therapist, providing crisis intervention and wrap-around services to individuals and families. He currently works for the Michigan Department of Corrections and has facilitated at-risk and re-entry groups with youth and adult offenders. Jeff is also a Christian pastor in metro-Detroit, providing spiritual services and counseling to individuals, couples and families.
